This estate is comprised of a 3x3 main house, a stand-alone stone guesthouse, and a small island style cottage and is currently being run as a B&B. A spacious deck wraps around the 55x15 fresh water lap pool. In addition to ample lounge space this pool deck includes a large spa, a gazebo covered dining area, an outdoor bar, and a pergola-covered kitchenette/dining area. Each of the bedrooms includes its own private deck. Lush tropical gardens are lovingly maintained and well thought out providing walking paths and natural buffers between the various living spaces.
